Fostoria, Ohio is a fantastic railroad junction and a true hot spot of non-stop freight action. This complex junction has three diamonds and CSX's Tower F. Three major freight routes cross: 1) The ex-B&O, now CSX, route between Chicago and Cumberland, Maryland 2) The ex-Nickel Plate, now Norfolk Southern, route between Chicago and Buffalo, New York 3) The ex-C&O (Hocking Valley), now CSX, route between Toledo and Columbus, Ohio.
